| How to Purchase a Serial Number |

| You can purchase a serial number to convert your demonstration version into a full version by following these steps. |
|
- Click on the "Shop Infinisys" link in "Purchase" above to go to the Shop Infinisys purchase page.
- Follow the instructions to access the order form and fill out the required information. Payment can be made by credit card only.
- Once your credit card is approved (usually within a few minutes) your serial number will be sent to you by e-mail.

- Memory : OS 9 Application Memory 15MB, Mac OS X Total Memory Minimum 128MB

| Uncompressing and Installation |

- Change My image
- After downloading, double click on the the file that ends with the extension (.smi)
- The disk image will be mounted on your desktop.
- Double click on the disk image to open it, and follow the instructions in the file named "Read Me" to install your software.
- Change My image Hair Data
- Click "Download" to download the file.
- When downloading is complete double-click the file that ends with the extension ".dmg.gz".
- Input your password in the dialog.
- A folder named "C.M.i Hair Data" will be created. Open the folder and read the file "Read Me" for instructions on installing the hairstyle data.

| Click on the links below to download the Change My image application and the hair data. The hair data is not required until you purchase a serial number to convert the demonstration version into the full version. This data cannot be used with the free demonstration version. |

| Errors due to line overload |
|
| If when you open your downloaded disk image (.smi or .dmg) or self-expanding file (.sea or .exe) you get an error message, this usually means that the data has not been completely downloaded. The most likely cause is a problem with the connection to the server during download. Try downloading one more time. |
|
| FTP Server Overload |
|
| If you get an error message when trying to download, or get a dialog requesting a password this probably means that the FTP server is overloaded by too many people trying to download at the same time. If this happens it is best to wait a while and then try again later. |
|
| Attention Mac OS 10.2 Users |
|
| If you have trouble downloading make sure your Firewall is turned off. It may interfere with downloading files. |
