You will be asked for a password. Use the same password you used to uncompress the original hair data you downloaded when you purchased Change My image (this password is contained in the confirmation mail you received which also contains your serial number.) When decompression is complete double-click the file that ends with the extension ".smi". A disk image will be mounted on your desktop. Double-click on the disk image to open it, and then read the file "Instructions.txt" for instructions on installation. The most likely cause is a problem with the connection to the server during download. Try downloading one more time. FTP Server Overload If you get an error message when trying to download, or get a dialog requesting a password this probably means that the FTP server is overloaded by too many people trying to download at the same time.
