| Uncompressing and Installation |
|
- Ez Architect Application
- After
downloading the software, double click the file
"online_ezarchitect10.zip", and uncompress the software to the
directory of your choice.
- A folder will be created. Open this folder and double-click "setup.exe" to install the software.
- Read the file "Read Me.txt for more information.

| Converting to Full Version |
|
The
downloaded application will work in demonstration mode. You will not be
able to save files or print, but otherwise all functions work like the
full version.
To convert to a full version you need to purchase a
serial number from Infinisys. Click on the link at the top right of the
page to go to the product information and purchase pages. |

If you encounter an error when downloading, try downloading from the Mirror Server.
If you are using Edge you may see the warning below when downloading.
"online_ezarchitect10" isn't commonly downloaded. Make sure you trust it before you open it.
If this occurs move the mouse over the warning and click the three dots that appear on the right.
Then select "Keep" from the menu and click "Show More" in the next dialog.
Next click "Keep anyway" and the download will be completed.

| Errors due to line overload |
|
| If
when you open your downloaded disk image (.smi or .dmg) or
self-expanding file (.sea or .exe) you get an error message, this
usually means that the data has not been completely downloaded. The
most likely cause is a problem with the connection to the server during
download. Try downloading one more time. |
|
| FTP Server Overload |
|
| If
you get an error message when trying to download, or get a dialog
requesting a password this probably means that the FTP server is
overloaded by too many people trying to download at the same time. If
this happens it is best to wait a while and then try again later. |

| Cannot Download? |
|
| If
you have trouble downloading try downloading again at a different time
when there is not likely to be much internet traffic in your area. |
